In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "777v", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 777v platform and its operating entity, accessible at 777v.today.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777v platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 777v website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the 777v platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's 777v account.

777v reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure. 777v's decisions on eligibility matters are final.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 777v services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on 777v. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777v will close all associated accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may suspend access to any remaining balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777v login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 777v will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 777v immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

777v operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 777v does not apply KYC procedures selectively — all players are subject to the same verification standards.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

777v currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT TRC20 transactions which are denominated in USDT at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 777v account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your 777v account. 777v does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, where technically possible.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per rolling period.
• 777v processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified on the withdrawals page, subject to verification requirements.

777v reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from a recently registered account, or display patterns consistent with bonus abuse or money laundering activity.

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 777v support constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, 777v reserves the right to close the associated account, void all balances, and pursue recovery of funds through available legal remedies.

777v offers various promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on 777v are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games or betting markets:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the odds or game rules prevailing at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet or wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended except where 777v determines that a technical error has occurred.
• 777v reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical errors affecting odds or game outcomes, or evidence of manipulation.
• In the event of a discrepancy between odds or game results displayed on-screen and those stored on 777v's servers, the server-side records shall prevail.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, or game session. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 777v cannot and does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777v platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 777v platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of sports or game manipulation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets designed primarily to exploit bonus terms rather than to participate in genuine gaming activity.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at 777v staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

777v is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and never as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Loss or corruption of data or account information.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 777v's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by you on the basis of information provided on the 777v platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

In all circumstances, 777v's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 777v's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

777v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The player's account shows evidence of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• 777v is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The player is identified as a self-excluded individual.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 777v's discretion. Players who close their accounts voluntarily in good standing will have their verified real-money balance returned via their last-used payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777v holds its gaming licence.
